What are those black streaks on my roof?
Gloeocapsa Magma (Blue- Green Algae) that will typically first form on the North Side of your property where it is most shaded. Not only does gloeocapsa magma make a roof look old and worn out, but it can also damage the mineral lining of shingles as it feeds on their limestone filler, resulting in granular loss and premature aging of shingles and roof structures.

Concrete Sealing
After cleaning your concrete, we can apply a sealer that will protect your concrete for 3-5 years from Freeze-Thaw damage by restricting moisture that can be absorbed. It will also limit dirt accumulation and organic growth.
The sealer we use is a water-based Siloxane that will have the normal appearance of the concrete until moisture is introduced and you can see it bead on the surface instead of penetrating in the concrete pores.
